Dear friends!
While we're hard at work on the new location — fine-tuning its rules and rewards — we didn't want to hold back an interim patch packed with important changes.
You'll see the phrase "coming in the next patch" pop up fairly often in these notes. Because we pulled anything we didn't have time to properly test out of this build
Pain Points
- Strength attribute no longer affects character movement speed;
- Fixed an issue causing self-damage as if the player were a party/guild member;
- Major changes to crafter skill quests and training (details below);
- Fixed castle guard spawn locations in certain castles;
Tutorial
Essential Tutorial Quests:
- Rewards, their distribution order, and item stats have been adjusted:
- Completing the island tutorial now grants final T2–T3 items immediately, with no intermediate gear;
- The starting shirt now provides HP and MP, with increased Physical/Magic Defense bonuses;
- Number of rings increased from 2 to 4, each granting +25 physical or magical attributes instead of 18;
- The Helm of Rivulets grants a greater bonus to attributes;
- The Cloak of Rivulets grants a 7% bonus to MP, HP, and Energy regeneration;
- Upon completing the attribute respec training quest (Tabula Rasa), players now receive a chest containing one T4 weapon (HHH) of their choice;
- The next patch will introduce several changes to the island portion of the training;
Crafting Tutorial Quests:
- Harbur (weapon crafting):
- Completing the quest to craft powders unlocks the next three quests in the chain:
- Two of them sequentially teach gathering, refining — and now also post-processing — of the metal and wood required for item creation;
- The third lets you jump straight into crafting without the preliminaries;
- Isgollyne (armor crafting):
- Follows the same approach, but focused on materials needed for armor crafting (fabrics and leather);
- Special recipes are provided during tutorial — they require fewer ingredients and a lower crafting tier to use;
Crafting
Vocational Crafting Abilities:
- T4–T6 crafting skills now require Mastery Tokens;
- In the next patch, all crafter skill quests and Vocations themselves will require Mastery Tokens;
- Fixed an issue with the Weaponsmith skill;
- Added an NPC selling recipes (MMM) required to complete the quest;
Crafting Orders
- Basic crafting orders:
- Now require crafting items 4-12 levels;
- Master Crafting Orders (the ones that provide Mastery Tokens):
- Now require crafting items of levels 6/9/12 rewarding progressively 1/2/5 Mastery Tokens for completion;
- Мастерские заказы теперь требуют создание предметов качества (ООО);
- Enchanting orders have been added, also split into Basic and Master tiers;
- The next patch will introduce reward chests with random loot (post-materials, recipes) for completing Basic and Master Crafting orders;
Crafting Seals
A reminder: this is a special crafting tool that grants more crafting points than a regular tool.
- Crafting point bonuses from Crafting Seals have been significantly increased: T3 — 115, T6 — 141, T9 — 155, T12 — 179.;
- The bonus from a regular T12 tool (135) now falls between the T3 and T6 Crafting Seals.
- Requirements for obtaining Crafting Seals have been raised.
Other
- Lighting in Dwarrhan is now richer and features less haze;
- Fixed zoning issues in Daerkunn;
- Item quality from advanced merchants (armor/weapons) has been improved. There is now a small chance to roll a "H" item on reroll
- NPC DVB reset periods have been standardized, with smoother transitions — though, as before, higher-tier NPCs still have stricter DVB behavior;
- Localized new tutorial quests;
In-Game Store
- Added elixirs
- We’ll give more detailed information about the, in the next patchnote, when we’ll also add in-game methods of crafting elixirs;
Best regards,
Atlant Games Team
