As promised, we are presenting you with the second part of the update, where we are introducing several game balance changes: a buff to enhancement powders, Vocation adjustments, nerfs to the Rage, Risk, and Chaos enchantments, as well as combat Earth powders.
We also have to address the technical issues that arose during the server update, but more on that below.
Database Technical Issues
- Unfortunately, during the server update, problems with the database occurred, leading to many players losing numerous items;
- We have fixed this error. However, to restore progress, we were forced to roll back the database to its state before yesterday's update.
- We understand that this step will cause exclusively negative reactions among players. Therefore, we have prepared compensation for you, which will be sent to your in-game mail;
- We apologize for the inconvenience caused;
Fatal Error
- In yesterday's update, we also fixed a crash that occurred when changing locations;
- We are aware of all the inconveniences that arose due to this issue, and we also apologize for this situation;
Balance
- Buffs:
- The “secondary” and “tertiary” buff powders—Berserk, Fist, Eclipse, and Ring of Fire—have been significantly enhanced;
- Additionally, the progression of stat growth for buff powders from level to level has been increased—all of them have received a significant stat boost;
- Vocation changes:
- Blacksmith: Increased bonus HP, Physical Defense, Magic Defense;
- Gladiator: Reduced Magic Defense;
- Crusader: Reduced Physical Attack, increased Magic Defense;
- Master of Steel: Increased HP, Physical Defense;
- Weaponsmith: Increased HP, Physical Attack, Physical Defense, Magic Defense;
- Necromancer: Removed penalty to Mana, reduced penalties to Air and Fire attributes, increased Magic Attack, Physical Defense, Magic Defense;
- “Rock” and “Boulder” powders: range reduced by 15%, projectile radius reduced by 30% (to the level of fire projectiles), mana cost increased by 18%;
- Increased the reload time modifier for weapon enchantments: Rage — 1.2 sec, Risk — 1.35 sec, Chaos — 1.5 sec;
Other
- Fixed a bug affecting client performance when dealing damage to humanoid mobs;
- Castle Guards: Maximum time spent in a defensive stance reduced by 2 seconds, defense bonus reduced by 25%;
