Very good and important question! Karma will be decreased for killing players anywhere. And moreover, the player who have murdered within restrictment zone, will gain “psycho” status quicker and will become easy target for other players. No, there won’t be such zones. But we think on increasing the chance of droping more resources that murdered character carry. Those numbers will still depend on karma level.
